Institutional Status

ICLB is an independent higher education centre based in Jersey, Channel Islands. Its programmes are designed, delivered and academically governed within ICLB's institutional framework and in accordance with the legal and regulatory environment applicable to its activities.

Certificate programmes are awarded by Advanced International Studies LLC, USA, in association with ICLB, Jersey. The E-DBA is awarded directly by ICLB.

Where a programme, certificate or award is issued, validated, certified or otherwise associated with another organisation, the role of that organisation is identified specifically in the relevant programme documentation.

ICLB does not represent itself as a UK university or as holding UK degree-awarding powers. Recognition of an award depends on the requirements of the receiving institution, employer, regulator or jurisdiction. References to accreditation, recognition, certification or external partners must relate only to the specific status applicable to that programme or service.
